Case Study

Towering over the River Thames, the iconic Millbank Tower has highly desirable office space and is a hub for business.

As well as breathtaking views, there is on-site car and bike parking, showers and a ground level garden.

In recent years, the second floor was starting to look a bit unloved, so we were tasked with stripping out and transforming a section of it into a premium workplace.

01.

Dilapidation

  • Surveys and assessments collected the information needed to settle any disputes with the previous tenant and revealed the starting point for the project.

02.

Strip out and repairs

  • We removed carpets and specified partition walls in the kitchen area

  • Repaired ceilings, walls and joinery throughout

  • Serviced the emergency lighting system

03.

Fit out

  • We fitted a new kitchen and carpets, decorated walls and fittings, and created a new open plan breakout space.

After only seven weeks on site, the entire second floor was finished – an exceptional collection of 23 new suites across the North Wing and front of the building.
