Case Study


Towering over the River Thames, the iconic Millbank Tower has highly desirable office space and is a hub for business.
As well as breathtaking views, there is on-site car and bike parking, showers and a ground level garden.

In recent years, the second floor was starting to look a bit unloved, so we were tasked with stripping out and transforming a section of it into a premium workplace.

01.
Dilapidation

Surveys and assessments collected the information needed to settle any disputes with the previous tenant and revealed the starting point for the project.
02.
Strip out and repairs

We removed carpets and specified partition walls in the kitchen area

Repaired ceilings, walls and joinery throughout

Serviced the emergency lighting system
03.
Fit out
-
We fitted a new kitchen and carpets, decorated walls and fittings, and created a new open plan breakout space.



After only seven weeks on site, the entire second floor was finished – an exceptional collection of 23 new suites across the North Wing and front of the building.
