Since founding Homebrook in 2006, and with over 25 years’ experience in the Commercial Refurbishment sector, Luke has gained wide-ranging expertise in office refurbishments, from full turnkey projects to smaller refits, as well as refurbishment works to hotels, retail outlets, leisure facilities and residential properties. With a passion for surpassing clients’ expectations and nailing deadlines, Luke’s “can-do” attitude is key to developing the unparalleled service Homebrook is renowned for.

Scott has extensive experience in multiple business sectors, especially sales, service and senior management within the electronic security industry. He’s been responsible for growing and developing companies to become leaders in their industry by identifying their strengths and building on their successes. Since joining the Homebrook team in 2021, Scott’s passion has helped deliver exemplary service and propel the Group forward into future growth.

A founder member of the Homebrook team, Jane’s focus is on the workings of the business to ensure compliance, efficiency and quality. Jane’s background in the Serviced Office Industry, together with her extensive experience with processes, systems, HR and legislation, has enabled Homebrook to build and maintain a strong stable presence in the marketplace – and be fit for the future.

Clare Shirkie

After 10 years working as an accountant in a practice, Clare joined Homebrook in 2020 and is currently working towards her final ACCA qualification. With her passion for figures, wide-ranging financial knowledge and eye for detail, Clare has ensured compliance and stability through forecasting and reporting.

Julie has a wealth of experience in administration and customer service, having developed her multitasking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments. Julie is keen to develop her role to make a positive impact on the business, and uses her accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that Homebrook’s finance department is fully compliant.

Kurtus has been in the refurbishment and shopfitting industry all his working life. Responsible for carrying out large-scale projects across the UK, Kurtus can overcome even the most difficult obstacles to get the job done and is motivated by finding creative and cost-effective solutions to any challenge.

Helen is an experienced coordinator who has worked in the commercial refurbishment industry for many years. Her calm, organised and logical thinking means she’s capable of dealing with the most complex projects, and her passion for high standards guarantees every aspect is taken care of.

Having worked in commercial refurbishment and maintenance for over 25 years, Kevin is an original member of the Homebrook team. He has extensive knowledge and experience of joinery, fit-outs and renovations and enjoys using his expertise to find creative solutions. His down to earth approach is hugely valued by clients and colleagues alike.

Emma joined the Homebrook team in 2021, with over 20 years’ experience as a Residential Property Manager. Her extensive knowledge of facilities management, property maintenance and compliance, and her boundless enthusiasm and passion have been key to the expansion of our Property Services department.
